Notice Regarding the Executive Officers and Management Structure of the EPNextS Group

EPNextS, Inc. (Headquarters: Shinjuku-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director: Tatsuma Nagaoka; hereinafter “EPNextS”) hereby announces the executive officers and management structure of the EPNextS Group as follows.
Based on the medium-term management plan, “Evolution and Innovation,” the EPNextS Group is advancing business operations with a strong customer-oriented approach under the two-segment structure comprising the Clinical Trial Business and the Post-Marketing Business.
These personnel appointments are intended to further strengthen collaboration among group companies within each business and to establish an organizational framework that enables the steady execution of group-wide initiatives.
