EPNextS, Inc. (Headquarters: Shinjuku-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director: Tatsuma Nagaoka; hereinafter “EPNextS”) announces the determination of the management structure at EPNextS and its group companies, effective October 1, 2025, as follows. For subsidiaries without an Executive Officer system, the list includes the names of the Directors and Audit & Supervisory Board Members. The composition of the Board of Directors will be formally determined after each company’s general meeting of shareholders.

EPNextS is now entering its fourth year since its founding. We are currently strengthening our management foundation and enhancing our business operations under our medium-term management plan, “Evolution and Innovation,” which commenced in the previous fiscal year. As the intermediate holding company for the EPS Group’s core businesses, we promote the transition to an independent and autonomous management system while overseeing our group companies, based on the group’s medium-term management plan, “FUMIDASU2027.” Furthermore, to accelerate further independence and autonomy from the holding company, EPS Holdings, Inc., we will continuously work on the transfer of functions and the clarification of roles and responsibilities—initiatives commenced in the previous fiscal year—thereby steadily proceeding with strengthening our governance function over the EPNextS Group and establishing necessary functions and organizational structures.
