Founded in 1991 as a contract research organization (CRO), the EPS Group has evolved over three decades. Through the integration of our site management organization (SMO) and contract sales organization (CSO) businesses, and our focus on expanding into new markets, especially in Asia, we have grown into one of Japan's largest organizations supporting drug and medical device development.

However, in the face of rapidly advancing digital technology, global deregulation, and a growing emphasis on sustainability, we recognize the need for a more robust and flexible organization. In October 2022, we established EPNextS, Inc. with a mission of creating innovative business solutions for the healthcare sector for the next 30 years.

The EPS Group remains committed to building a higher-quality, pioneering service delivery system. We will continue to evolve by discerning what must change and what should not.
